Well known through her YouTube channel EthioElsy Lyfestyle, Elsa is a wife, Mother, content creator, entrepreneur, business owner, but most of all; a visionary. Trained in the field of Accounting, her professional career stretches from working in a commercial consulting firm to starting her own business in Venice. With more than 15 years of experience in the art of commercial networking participating in some of the world's finest business events travelling around the world, representing one of Europe's best packaging and enclosures manufacturer, Elsa is truly a champion of innovation in business.

Is our London collaborator and huge supporter. Her passion for fashion and her personal journey inspired the creation of BethAle London—a women-owned brand that celebrates elegance, comfort, and innovation. Bethel Abraham is a brand director at BethAle London. Trained in Product Development for the Fashion Industry from the London College of Fashion and with huge experience in the garment industry over the past 34years, she has immersed herself in the fashion world, working as a Multi-Product Developer for a high-end women’s wear brand.

PMP

A highly experienced and PMP-certified professional with over 19 years of proven experience in strategic management, organizational transformation, and high-stakes project execution. Hi s career is defined by a consistent ability to translate executive vision into actionable reality, a core function of a Chief of Staff. He has extensive experience training, coaching, and consulting numerous companies, an expertise further strengthened by the training he received from a member of the World Bank Group, the International Finance Corporation (IFC). He excels at orchestrating complex initiatives, from large-scale ERP implementations to company-wide restructuring and financial recovery plans. His experience extends to managing high-level stakeholder relations and leading multi-disciplinary teams in diverse and international environments, including key roles with the United Nations and GIZ. As a trusted advisor, he has been instrumental in guiding organizations, including East African Trading House (EATH), through critical periods of change to achieve sustainable growth.
